Dear God,
I am a sinner, I repent for the wrong that I have done in my life and ask You for forgiveness. Please forgive me of my sins and make me brand new. I believe that Your Son Jesus Christ died for my sins and You rose Him from the dead so that I can be saved. Thank You, I believe in my heart this is true and I confess with my mouth that You are Lord Jesus and now I am saved!
