Trouble Doesn't Last Always

Hold on to God's unchanging hands, He has you!

1st Peter 5:7 NIV

7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you

As someone who has endured many trials and hardships I know that it feels like an eternity when we are going through them but I am here to tell you it wont be forever, and that we don't have to go through it alone. We live in a fallen world filled with hurt and pain because of the enemy but our Savior has overcome the world! God promises to never leave us or forsake us, its not about a feeling but a knowing that God is there because He said it and His word does not return void.

2nd Corinthians 4:17NIV

17 For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.

1st John 5:4 NIV

4 for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.

He tells us to bring ALL our worries and fears to Him, He won't take something you don't bring.We have freedom to choose God or not. He will not impose Himself on us. If He did, it would not be love, instead we must choose Him. I choose to not go through hard times alone, I choose to bring all my anxiety and fears to the only one who can make it better and that is God.You don't have to live alone, you don't have to live in fear, you don't have to keep that brokenness and that sadness,or heaviness your pain can be healed.

2nd Corinthians 1:3-4 NIV

3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

We will never know everything, or the exact details of why things happen (that would make us God and we are not) but we do have hope and know that we have a Savior that we can trust and who can make us new in Him. You've tried everything else; Those are temporary fixes, why not try God, He is not temporary, He is eternal. Put your trust in Him, have faith that he knows what's best and receive His Love, His peace and His joy in every circumstance!

Psalm 40:1-3 NIV

1 I waited patiently for the LORD; he turned to me and heard my cry. 2 He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.3 He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God.
