3. Even if you feel weak , He is strong and His strength is more than enough to carry you through anything Isaiah 41:10, 2nd Corinthians 2:10

4. God hears your cries and knows your pain, you are noticed, God's love is stronger than the hurt we may face in this world, His love doesn't abandon it draws near to us Romans 8:35, Jeremiah 29:12-13, Psalm 34:17
